Let's break down the boundaries between the worlds of cider and beer! We carefully fermented Latvian apple cider for nine months, adding researched beer hops shortly before bottling. This is how our hopped cider was created, the intriguing taste of which both cider lovers and discerning beer connoisseurs take their hats off in appreciation.
